Programs

  • Lead customer facing streams for Foodstuffs North and South Island merger. Included program initiation, governance set-up, scoping of key systems and processes, plan creation and management and all activities up to the point of merger decline by the commerce commission.

  • Delivery Lead at ASB for new lending origination platform nCino. Role included governance, budget and resource management, agile ceremony management, vendor engagement and relationship management.

  • Lead marketing and partners for launch of New Zealand’s first mobile wallet in conjunction with ASB, ANZ, BNZ, 2 Degrees, Spark and Vodafone. Role was responsible for brand, web and app development, pilot delivery, market activation. PR and event management

  • Managed multiple streams for Heartland Bank core banking system upgrade which included migration of Agri portfolio to third party vendor, mobile app migration, introduction of new cloud-based authentication (Hypr) and customer servicing platform (Genesys) and delivery of all back-end integrations.

  • Delivery of hotpoints Pay for Westpac (ability to use loyalty points at any payment terminal in NZ). Included responsibility for delivery of program scope, migration of system from encumbent NZ vendor to Mastercard global, re-routing of all transactions Westpac to scheme rails, Westpac website and mobile app changes and delivery of hotpoints Pay website

  • Delivery of whole of market payment terminal upgrade, prior to rugby world cup. Involved collaboration with Paymark and Eftpos NZ, RWC, Banks, Mobile operators, Grocery, Fuel, Tourism, key retailers and associations and all payment vendors and finance companies. The goal was to remove older terminals to protect the tourism payment experience during the world cup. This was achieved by the deadline.
